Brooke brings a diverse and well-rounded background to her practice, with extensive experience in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, college counseling, sports performance, and K-12 school-based interventions. As a former collegiate athlete and coach, Brooke specializes in working with athletes, addressing the unique challenges they face both on and off the field. Her expertise in sports performance counseling allows her to support clients in achieving peak performance, managing stress, and navigating the demands of athletic and personal life.
She supports clients navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, phobias, relationship difficulties, school pressures, self-esteem concerns, and other life stressors.
With licenses as an MA, LPC, NCC, and CCATP, Brooke takes a compassionate, holistic approach, incorporating CBT, DBT coping skills, and relational work as appropriate. Her focus is on building trusting, safe relationships and empowering clients to find and use their voice, helping them step confidently into their journey of growth. With honesty, support, and even moments of humor, Brooke creates a space where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged to embrace all aspects of their development.
